Bubble Weed or Bubble Grass is a green plant that has oxygen-filled bubbles at the tips of its branches. Bubble Weed is found in aquatic regions such as 
Système de drainage. They act as oxygen tanks underwater when held, providing 20-30 seconds of air before Slugcat's own reserves are used up.
Function
When submerged in water, Bubble Weed releases a stream of bubbles until each bubble on the plant is exhausted and the entire plant is dark and wilted. Holding Bubble Weed underwater extends Slugcat's lung capacity until it fully wilts. This also allows them to swim boost without losing air or using up Bubble Weed faster. Holding 2 stalks of Bubble Weed drains both simultaneously with no additional benefit.
When thrown, Bubble Weed tends to float upward before descending slowly to the ground. Bubble Weed is buoyant enough to float on the surface of water.
When underwater, Bubble Weed stuns all varieties of 
Sangsues until it has run out of air.
Trivia
- Bubble Weed was added to the game in the 1.5 update.
- Bubble Weed slowly releases its air when underwater whether Slugcat is holding it or not.
Inv‘s version of Five Pebbles and Submerged Superstructure are tied for the most Bubble Weed in any region at 25.
- If not held, Bubble Weed floats to the top of a region gate during the heating part of the gate sequence.
- Swallowing Bubble Weed allows for easier transport, especially through lightly flooded areas, as the reserves are not used up while inside Slugcat's stomach.
- When
Artificier holds Bubble Weed, it burns up immediately and cannot be used.
