Hi Editorhaha, I'd like to remind you to avoid making decisive edits without first consulting on the talk page. A couple of notes:
- • I've reverted one of your recent edits for the following reasons:
- - Inspectors are a relatively common DLC creature and so do not belong in the DLC spoiler nav section, while Neuron Flies are only found in two extremely spoiler regions in the vanilla :basegame. Users exploring the DLC will most likely have already discovered LTTM/FP in vanilla playthroughs.
- - The DLC Special/Spoiler section is reserved for creatures that are `especially rare` or only encountered through special unlock conditions, while the vanilla Special/Spoiler section is reserved for :what we'd consider the three key spoiler areas (LTTM, FP and the Depths)
- • Please avoid edit wars with other users. If an edit is reverted, it's important to discuss the reasoning and benefits of your proposal on that specific talk page instead of reverting; behaviour like :this can easily lead to editing restrictions.
- • As a small aside, please leave concise summaries of edits in the edit summary box, if you do choose enter a summary (e.g. "Changed X and Y to make it clearer to read").
- Nonsensical summaries ("HMMMMMM") or unhelpful ones "who put this here?" raise red flags for patrollers and make understanding the logic of some edits difficult, especially edits that are already being :considered for rollback.
- • There was some back and forth about inline icons on the Waterfront Facility page recently; the Style Guide entry for those was written back when we had much worse rectangular ones. I've just :updated the style guide to reflect your usage, which definitely does look better. Feel free to add Region InlineIcons wherever you see region links!
- • I can also recommend joining the
Discord server and using in the #wiki channel to co-ordinate edits and make suggestions that we can all then adopt.
