The Watcher is a 
Limakkato in the upcoming Rain World: The Watcher DLC expansion. They are referred to as Nightcat internally; this name is also used in official merchandise and 
in Arena.

Watcher does not have a campaign and is found exclusively in Arena mode, in which they act as a recolored 
Pluvivanto without any unique abilities, similarly to 
Monaĥo and 
Ĉasisto.
They are navy blue with a white nose and eyes.
Trivia
- Watcher as a concept name for Nightcat was revealed in the 2022 RWArtmonth developer stream.
- Watcher was originally going to be in vanilla Rain World.
